  5. What is WinHacker 95?
  6. =====================

  8. WinHacker 95 gives the user an easy way to configure options in Windows 95
  9. that are not in the GUI (Graphical User interface).  Access to many of 
  10. these options was removed from Windows 95 because they would confuse most 
  11. users.  WinHacker 95 gives the user a way to easely configure these hidden
  12. options.  
  13.  
  14. This shareware version has many of the features disabled.  The features 
  15. that are enabled will give the user an idea of the capability of 
  16. WinHacker.  The full registration version includes all of the disabled 
  17. items with other items to be added in future releases.

  45. The program will not tell the user that he/she needs a reboot / restart
  46. / etc. before changes take affect.  Items that change the system usually 
  47. need a full reboot or restart.  It is usually best to do a full reboot 
  48. for most items.
